ecosystem scope includes eg RooFit, DIANA, OpenLab Intel, IML/TMVA, …
proposal will be circulated to the forum list after this meeting, for people’s comments over the break. Will take up the discussion again on Jan 5.

for meeting dates, aim for late March/April. Prospective dates are in the proposal.

poll for finding a date for a licensing meeting is still pending. Expect sometime in Feb.
Dates for the 3rd in the series Data Science in High Energy Physics workshop have been set. It will take place at FNAL. Liz has updated the HSF google calendar.
